Ventas was included in this year's index for scoring at or above a global threshold established by Bloomberg to rflect a high level of disclosure and overall performance across the framework's five pillars.

Ventas is a long-standing leader in gender diversity efforts. The Company is led by a woman CEO; its board of directors is 30% female and has maintained at least two female board members since 2001, including Cafaro; and its employee population is gender balanced.1
