Carisk Partners Appoints Kevin Mahoney as President and Chief Operating Officer


Carisk Partners (Carisk), a specialty risk transfer and care coordination company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin Mahoney to president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. Mahoney will report to Joseph Berardo, Jr., CEO, Carisk. This appointment reflects Mahoney's broad knowledge, influence and impact across all of Carisk's lines of business.

Mahoney originally joined Carisk as chief financial officer in 2016 and quickly demonstrated extraordinary comptencies that led to greater responsibilities and advancement to chief operating officer in 2018. With this latest promotion, Mahoney will continue to be responsible for the finance, operations, clinical, network and ancillary areas, with oversight from Berardo, who will continue working directly with sales, marketing, legal and human resources.



An experienced healthcare and insurance executive, Mahoney has a 20+ year track record of creating value through leading change, continual process improvements and positioning organizations for sustainable growth. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
