Pathway Makes 3 Senior Promotions and 1 Senior Hire


Pathway Capital Management is pleased to announce three senior promotions and one senior hire across its California, Rhode Island, and London offices.

John Ruggieri, Mikael Sand, and Nick Siemsen have been promoted to Director and are now partners of the firm, bringing the total number of owners of Pathway to 21. As senior members of Pathway's investment team, all three play an integral role in the firm's new investment, monitoring, business development, and client-servicing efforts.

John, Mikael, and Nick have an average of at least 10 years of private market experience at Pathway. Prior to joining Pathway, all three came from various financial market backgrounds: John worked as an Investment Operations Analyst at John Hancock Financial Services, Mikael worked as a Strategy Consultant at Olive Wyman, and Nick worked as a Financial Analyst at Raytheon Network Centric Systems. All three are CFA charterholders.



In addition, Ed Hoffman (News - Alert) has joined Pathway as a Senior Vice President in the California office, responsible for client servicing and business development across the United States.

Mr. Hoffman has extensive investment management experience that dates back more than 20 years. Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Hoffman was a Managing Director-Senior Consultant at Verus. In that role, he worked as a strategic investment adviser to public, corporate, and Taft-Hartley pension plans, assisting them in reaching their long-term investment goals. He is a CFA charterholder and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
