(Photo: Business Wire) Bleeker started her career at The Standard 10 years ago as an attorney, eventually becoming a senior director in the Insurance Services legal group. In 2016, she moved to become senior director of Customer Service Performance where her role focused on the customer experience, data governance and employee engagement. In her new role, Bleeker will act as strategist, consultant and implementer, ensuring streamlined activity within Employee Benefits Services. Her responsibilities nclude partnering with key internal stakeholders to help deliver capabilities, cultivating The Standard's continuous improvement culture and overseeing the coordinated achievement of organizational goals. "Alycia's in-depth customer service knowledge is one of the reasons she is a great fit for this new role," said David Payne, vice president of Employee Benefits Services at The Standard.
