Robin has over 28 years of state and local tax (SALT) experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, management of state tax controversies, and state tax planning. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has spoken for organizations such as the Tax Executives Institute and the Energy Tax Association.
