Teads, the global media platform, today announced that it has postponed plans for its initial public offering due to unsatisfactory equity market conditions as compared to the growth prospects of the company.

A registration statement on Form F-1 relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC (News - Alert) but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy these securities be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
