Walker Innovation Confirms Payment Date of Final Liquidating DistributionWalker Innovation Inc., a Delaware corporation in liquidation (the "Company"), announced today that it will pay its final liquidating distribution of $0.0797 per share on or about September 28, 2021. The final liquidating distribution will be made to holders of the Company's common stock and Series B Convertible Preferred Stock as of September 20, 2018, the effective date of the Company's certificate of dissolution (including trades through the effective date that settled after the effective date).
