Perimeter E-Security, a provider of secure cloud services, has just unveiled its new Archive Anywhere cloud-based solution for Microsoft (News - Alert) Office 365.

The newly introduced Archive Anywhere helps users to view and search all through all of their e-mails anywhere and on any device. The solution also offers redundant continuity and allows access to e-mail when users are unable to connect to Office 365. Additionally, Archive Anywhere eliminates the need for remote Web portal access and helps organizations provide secure messaging for employees. 

"When people go looking for that important email they accidentally deleted, archiving ensures it's recoverable," said John Viega, executive vice president, Perimeter E-Security, in a statement. "With Archive Anywhere for Office 365, users can have all the mail they've ever sent at their fingertips, wherever they are."

Available as a feature to all existing customers as well as customers of other hosted e-mail solutions and in-house e-mail, the robust offering supports any modern mobile device including all versions of Windows, Apple (News - Alert) and Linux, both mobile and desktop.

Perimeter E-Security's Compliance and Continuity Suite for Office 365 was initially introduced in September of 2011. By leveraging this solution, organizations can simply archive every e-mail, meet and demonstrate adherence to industry-specific regulatory requirements, and preserve uptime.

Further, when Office 365 administrators implement Perimeter's automated compliance workflow system, they are able to identify potential compliance violations before they even occur which dramatically reduces risk. The service is also available as part of Perimeter's comprehensive suite of secure cloud messaging solutions.
