- Alert) cloud technologies, has recently introduced ServicePoint365. This cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application is developed to maximize the collaboration and content management capabilities of Microsoft Office 365, specifically for professional services organizations or operations.
ServicePoint365 is comprised of a number of “centers” that are predefined and help companies to organize, collaborate and manage their client, project and resource-related information in a better way. This solution includes Microsoft Office 365’s core applications such as SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Lync Online to generate a robust environment that organizations can subscribe to and begin using with minimal configuration. It offers more flexibility to users and can significantly reduce costs.
Further, the number of subscriptions can easily be expanded or reduced as business needs change with this application in place, while supporting access across a wide variety of desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices.
Office 365 is a cloud-based Microsoft office solution that has been designed to provide enterprises with the tools they need to succeed in a fast-changing business environment. It includes Microsoft Office Professional Plus, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Lync Online and Microsoft SharePoint Online and help users to create great looking documents and presentations with ease.
