Qorus Software, provider of document automation solutions for Microsoft (News - Alert) SharePoint and Microsoft Office, has attained a Gold ISV (Independent Software Vendor) competency, signifying another “best-in-class” ability.
This status demonstrates the company’s continued commitment to meet their customers’ evolving needs in today’s dynamic business environment, and distinguish itself within the top one percent of Microsoft’s Partner Ecosystem.
To earn a Microsoft Gold Competency, partners must complete exams resulting in Microsoft Certified Professionals, prove their level of technology expertise and designate these certified professionals to one Microsoft competency. They also must submit customer references that demonstrate successful projects, along with implementing a yearly customer satisfaction study, meet a revenue commitment, and pass technology and/or sales assessments.
“This Microsoft Gold ISV gives us the stamp of approval from Microsoft as an approved vendor offering a complementary product to Microsoft’s SharePoint platform and Microsoft Office. As customers are also required to complete a customer satisfaction survey and also confirm successful delivery of high-grade solutions, attaining a Gold Competency is also a stamp of approval from our clients,” said Ray Meiring, CEO of Qorus Software, in a statement.
“In essence, the Microsoft Gold Competency serves as reassurance to the market that our technology can run seamlessly within a Microsoft environment and that as a vendor we are able to deliver high-grade solutions and excellent levels of service,” he said.
Jon Roskill, corporate vice president, worldwide partner group at Microsoft Corp said that by achieving a gold competency, partners have demonstrated the highest, most consistent capability and commitment to the latest Microsoft technology.
“These partners have a deep expertise that puts them in the top 1 percent of our partner ecosystem, and their proficiency will help customers drive innovative solutions on the latest Microsoft technology,” he said.
The Microsoft Partner Network helps partners strengthen their capabilities to showcase leadership in the marketplace on the latest technology, to better serve customers and connect with one of the most active, diverse networks in the world.
