Client Data Systems Group Releases Mortgage CRM System

By Deepika Mala, TMCnet Contributor

Client Data Systems Group, a provider that offers state of the art mortgage sourcing software solutions to the U.K. financial services sector, recently introduced ClientCore, a Microsoft (News - Alert) Outlook-based mortgage CRM system for U.K. mortgage advisers.

Developed by industry experts, ClientCore offers a fully featured back office system, which is built on Microsoft's world-class Dynamics CRM platform. The system provides a wide range of client management tools that include all of the core elements of the mortgage advice process from initial client contact.

Seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office 365, ClientCore allows you to securely access your data online, anytime, anyplace. It is effortless to set up and requires no hardware, no servers and no installation for you to worry about.

In a statement, Richard Hurst, marketing director at CDS Group, said, “This is a landmark development for technology in the mortgage market. Advisers have over the years had to learn and re-learn a variety of client management systems that look, feel and behave differently. Because ClientCore is embedded within Outlook it doesn’t matter if your firm has one user or a thousand as it is as scalable as using Outlook as your email client.

Hurst added, “The foundation of the ClientCore system is used by over four million people and Microsoft invests over $2 billion dollars in cloud infrastructure every year to support their CRM and Office investments. What’s more, firms can use the system straight from the box as it is fully pre-configured specifically for mortgage advisers. This means that advisers can securely access data online, anytime, anyplace and avoid the need for new hardware, servers or installation. Advisers can also receive opportunity management and lead capture directly from their website.”

In related Office 365 news, TMCnet reported that Akaibu, Inc., a software company that designs, develops, markets, sells and supports data migration management software, now supports data migration from archive systems to Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
