PowerObjects Offers Office 365 Migration and Support Services

By Deepika Mala, TMCnet Contributor

PowerObjects, a Minneapolis-based consulting firm providing service, support, education and add-ons for Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM, recently revealed that it will be powering Office 365 migration and support services.

Office 365 is the latest generation of Microsoft Office products that help organizations to build custom applications and components to rapidly respond to business needs. It also takes advantage of cloud technology to offer familiar tools like Word, PowerPoint and OneNote virtually anywhere and at anytime to users.

Companies that leverage a combination of tools in Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM are able to improve marketing, boost sales productivity and enrich customer services.

“Supporting Office 365 dovetails perfectly with our overall focus on providing service, support, education and add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM,” says Jim Sheehan, COO at PowerObjects, in a statement. “Businesses who use Dynamics CRM but are not using Office 365 have a lot to gain here—not only because of the advantages that cloud technology offers, but because of the smooth integration that it provides between Microsoft Office products and Dynamics CRM.”

Further, the integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM into Outlook also assists users in seamlessly accessing their CRM within the Outlook client, creating a much more efficient use of leads and current customers.

“Office 365 is the future, and we are excited to help businesses and organizations make the switch,” Sheehan added. “We can anticipate some of the concerns our customers may have with making the switch to Office 365—like exchange migration—but we’re here to help throughout the process to provide a seamless transition.”

In related Office 365 news, TMCnet reported that kaibu, Inc., a software company that designs, develops, markets, sells and supports data migration management software, recently revealed that it now supports data migration from archive systems to Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
