DBSync Offers Support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with Office 365

A large number of companies are using Microsoft (News - Alert) cloud solutions including Office 365 to improve collaboration and communications. Office 365 allows you to gain access to important e-mails, share files inside and outside of the organization and maintain easy and secure administration from anywhere.


In a recent development, DBSync, a company that provides cloud-based application integration for the CRM, accounting and data integration markets, revealed it will be fully supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with Office 365.

The new DBSync Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Connector is designed to increase efficiency and productivity by quickly migrating users existing data and integrating critical customer data. The service synchronizes information between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a number of other applications.

Some of the applications supported by the new solution include ERP applications like QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Intacct and others; ecommerce and shopping carts, databases like SQLServer, Oracle (News - Alert), mySQL, DB2 and many others; as well as healthcare applications like Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and flat files.

Users largely benefit from this synchronization as they can now move data into and out of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other applications to populate data warehouses, synchronize customer master databases, streamline transaction details and online payments to reduce double data entry, saving time and money.

The solution also seamlessly integrates with accounts, contacts, products and opportunities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and other applications in addition to supporting easy extensions through creating custom mapping and business processes.

Additionally, the offering supports custom fields and entities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
