Microsoft (News - Alert) has simplified communications and collaboration in organizations with software products like Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Lync and SharePoint.

MAPILab delivers Microsoft products including Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office. Just recently, the company unveiled the newest versions of its Outlook add-ins that are fully compatible with latest Windows 8 and Office 2013 products from Microsoft.  While the public release of Microsoft Office 2013 is set for the first quarter of 2013, Microsoft has already released the Preview Edition of the software.

The latest release includes more than 30 add-ins (extensions which add new functional capabilities to Outlook and automate some routine operations) for Microsoft Outlook. This has created concerns among organizations that use previous versions of the software.

Luckily, MAPILab has procured the developer editions of the newest Windows and Office, allowing companies to solve an array of compatibility issues in the most efficient manner. The Advanced Security for Outlook add-in is a useful extension for security management in Outlook. This helps avoid annoying notifications from the Microsoft Outlook Security system. The company also offers a developer component with Advanced Security functionality - Outlook Security Manager, for which a new version is also being released.

Additionally, the company is now powering an add-in for duplicate searching and removal which includes the Duplicate Email Remover function which locates duplicated mail messages and Duplicate Remover for Outlook which quickly locates duplicated contacts, tasks, notes, calendar entries, and the like. The next add-in includes Mapilab’s popular tools for personalized mailing from Outlook: Mail Merge Toolkit (advanced mail merging capabilities for Outlook and Word) and Send Personally (sends personal e-mails using a distribution list).

Some of other latest add-ins with Outlook 2013 compatibility are an Attachments Processor (News - Alert) which is a powerful e-mail attachments manager; MAPILab Toolbox for Outlook which consists of 18 different add-ins in a single interface; Quick Templates for fast insertion of text templates in mail messages and Live Signatures for handy inclusion of necessary additional data in outgoing email messages.

The company will also be unveiling the compatible versions of all other add-ins for Outlook in the near future.
