BRIEF: Highway 19 work continues
HUNTSVILLE, Nov 07, 2012 (The Huntsville Item - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --
Work continues on Highway 19 where contractors are installing a median cable barrier, illumination and large cantilever overhead signs. The contractor is also rebuilding the southbound Highway 19 exit ramp to Highway 190. Sidewalks are in the final stages at Old Colony Road, Highway 190, Bearkat Blvd and Highway 75. According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the project is 75 percent complete and has an estimated completion date of Spring 2013.
