BRIEF: Oak Park Heights: Donations for remembrance tree will benefit Lakeview Hospice

Donations for the "Tree of Remembrance" at Boutwells Landing in Oak Park Heights will raise money for Lakeview Hospice.
People are invited to dedicate a star for $10 or more or a string of lights for $75 or more in memory of a loved one or in honor of someone living. All proceeds benefit the hospice's patients and their families.
Donation forms are available at Boutwells, the front desk at Lakeview Hospital and the pharmacy at the Stillwater Medical Group's main campus. Forms must be received by Nov. 19.
A "Tree of Remembrance" ceremony will be held at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 6 at the Gables Care Center. The public is welcome to attend.
