Texas Hospitals Select Healthland Centriq for Complete Electronic Health Record Solution
MINNEAPOLIS --(Business Wire)--
Healthland, America's market leader of healthcare information technology
(HIT) solutions for rural hospitals, today announced that Medina
Regional Hospital, Red River Regional Hospital, Ward Memorial Hospital
and First Street Hospital have all purchased Healthland Centriq®, a
complete Electronic Health Records (EHR) solution designed to meet
specific workflows and needs of rural hospitals to deliver the
information, features and functionality that are most important to their
success. Medina Regional Hospital is a 25-bed critical access facility
with both a hospital and clinic in Hondo, Texas. Red River Regional
Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Bonham, Texas,
providing inpatient, outpatient and emergency services to Fannin County
and the surrounding communities. Ward Memorial Hospital is a Level IV
Trauma Center and 25-bed facility in Monahans, Texas and First Street
Hospital is a general acute care facility located in Bellaire, Texas.
Healthland is currently the HIT provider of choice for more than 70
rural hospitals in Texas.

Medina Regional Hospital selected Healthland Centriq's full finacial
and clinical package and will use the solution in both its hospital and
clinic. The healthcare provider expects to go live with the solution in
Q2 2013.
