Agilent Technologies Announces Cash Dividend of 10 Cents per Share
SANTA CLARA, Calif. --(Business Wire)--
Agilent (News - Alert) Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced that a quarterly
dividend of 10 cents per share of common stock will be paid Jan. 23,
2013, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business Dec. 31,
2012.
Agilent's board of directors approved the initiation of quarterly cash
dividends to its shareholders in January 2012. The timing and amounts of
future dividends are subject to determination and approval by Agilent's
board.
