Authorities seeking missing teenager last seen in Drumright
DRUMRIGHT, Nov 16, 2012 (Tulsa World - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --
Authorities in three states are looking for a missing teen who was last seen with a man in Drumright.
Desiray "Rebel" Thibodeaux, 16, and Evan Pearson, 24, were seen by family members in Drumright on Nov. 3. Sightings of the two have been reported in Kellyville, Cushing, Elk City and Shell Knob, Mo.
Cushing police said Thibodeaux left a church event in Oak Grove, Ark., with Pearson on Nov. 1. They were traveling in a brown and tan 1994 Chevrolet 1500 extended-cab pickup.
Authorities believe Thibodeaux may have left with Pearson willingly but said, "Information has been provided that indicate(s) that she may be in danger." No one has heard from either of them since Nov. 3.
Thibodeaux is described as white, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 130 pounds. She has blue eyes and blond hair with pink highlights.
Police said Pearson is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 178 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He is wanted for outstanding warrants in Arkansas.
Anyone with information on the pair or who has had recent contact with Thibodeaux or Pearson is asked to call Detective Adam Harp with the Cushing Police Department at 918-225-1212 or Sgt. Daniel Klatt with the Carroll County Sheriff's Office at 870-423-2901. Callers can remain anonymous.
