LDM Group Announces Extension and Expansion to Its Exclusive Dx-Web Partnership
ST. LOUIS --(Business Wire)--
LDM Group, LLC (LDM), a leading provider of behavior based health
management programs, and NextGen (News - Alert) Management, LLC, d/b/a Dx-Web™, a
leading healthcare technology company, have extended and expanded their
exclusive partnership through 2017.
LDM provides timely and clinically relevant healthcare messaging which
serves to improve patient medication compliance and outcomes, while
preserving privacy. LDM will continue to provide healthcare related
information through its successful PhysicianCare™ and ScriptGuide®
information for your health® messaging programs at the point-of-care
through this exclusive partnership.
PhysicianCare sponsors, such as brands, manufacturers, payors, pharmacy
benefit managers (PBM) and retailers, can provide needed education,
improve physician-patient dialogue and reduce medication-related costs.
Expanding upon the successful PhysicianCare product, the partnership
will be offering a clinical decision support (CDS) tool within the
prescribers' workflow. This will provide value to the prescriber,
patients and sponsors while improving patient outcomes.
ScriptGuide, disseminated by the healthcare professional, is a physical
paper print or an electronic communcation distributed securely via
email, sms, text, or deposit in a patient's personal health portal.
ScriptGuide is produced in real time as the prescription is being
ordered in the physician's office during a patient's consultation and
engages the patient-physician relationship by providing individualized
messaging from the sponsor, such as pharmacy benefit managers (PBM),
manufacturers, brands and retailers and co-branded with the
physician/practice name at the point-of-prescribing, increasing fill
rates and adherence to therapy. LDM's exclusivity extends to the
communications for disease state, prescription abandonment, education,
financial, coupons and co-pay offers.
Again, expanding upon the successful ScriptGuide product, the
partnership will be offering financial assistance (copay offers)
programs and a retail-based communication for patients to easily
identify where an electronically transmitted prescription was sent to be
filled. Providing such a service will allow retailers to sponsor
messages, provide valuable coupons and offers for the patients once they
arrive in a retail pharmacy.
