Today, audio brand Polk launches a new online project aimed at activating users in the online space to share stories of their personal relationships with music. Polk created "The Love Music Project" microsite to house this content in an effort to share our fans' collective passion for music and extend it into the social space.

The site is accessible by computer, tablet or smart phone, and allows users to upload their music "love story" by video or photo-text pairing directly. The user-generated content is then pushed live and shareable across Facebook, Twitter (hashtag #LoveMusic), Google+ and Pinterest. If logged in to the site via Facebook, users can "Like" the content without leaving the microsite. Users who upload content will be entered to win a pair of Polk UltraFocus(TM) 8000 Active Noise Canceling Headphones.
Music fans will see their uploaded content published among other Polk fans as well as select Polk-sponsored athletes such as disc jockey and Major League Lacrosse superstar Paul Rabil, ultra-marathon record holder Josh Cox and Baltimore Ravens wide receiver and Super Bowl XLVII champion Torrey Smith.
