The contact center at Blinds.com was awarded a Silver Stevie 'Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year' trophy thanks to its ongoing team training and high customer marks.

The Silver Stevie 'Sales Innovation' Award was given to Blinds.com in recognition of the ground breaking Face2Face (http://www.Blinds.com/Face2Face) video design consultation service. This sales video service acts as a design concierge allowing customers to enjoy a virtual in-person decorating consultation without the hassle of a guest in the home.

Stephen Riddell, Chief Operating Officer at Blinds.com, was honored as the Gold Stevie Award recipient for 'Senior Sales Executive of the Year' for his unique brand of sales team training and daily coaching in the organization's contact center.

Finalists were determined by the average scores of 120 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges.
