Thanks to the advent of online project management software solutions, managing a project from start to finish has transitioned to more efficient cloud-based solutions that have become more than just best practices and advanced further to becoming a requirement.
However, as is a threat with using any online software-based solution, users unfortunately run the risks of encountering bugs and malfunctions with the software at any given time. This is exactly the problem online project management provider Clarizen had in mind when the company sat down to hash out its latest partnership.
Clarizen and Testuff, a provider of SaaS (News - Alert) based test management solutions have joined forces to create a unified solution by seamlessly integrating each company’s flagship software properties. The joint offering will allow customers to directly send reports from Testuff to Clarizen as well as receive status messages from Clarizen as issues are handled in real-time.
The Clarizen integration will give customers a powerful way to automate the creation of projects to address defects, and ensure consistent communications on the status of each submission, according to the company.
"Clarizen is seeing strong growth from customers who leverage our robust software for issues management, as well as project execution," said Shai Etzion, vice president of business development at Clarizen. "Continuing our objectives to partner with best-of-breed solutions, we are pleased to launch our integration with Testuff."
By adding Clarizen's tracking services to its SaaS suite, Testuff's can now provide 24 bug trackers, making its testing services more flexible than ever, a challenge similar providers face in the market today. According to Testuff, previous versions of its offering also included integration with popular applications such as Jira, FogBugz, Bugzilla, and Mantis, as well as many other tools customers had specifically requested.
"It is our policy to constantly strive to integrate Testuff with other tools," said Gil Bloom, head of business development & marketing at Testuff. "Our collaboration with Clarizen is a major step in our long road of helping our customers to work with their preferred tools, together with Testuff."
