SaaSplaza, Assistance Software Collaborate on Hosting and Reselling Assistance PSA

Assistance Software introduced Assistance PSA for Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM 2011 last year, in an effort to provide a completely integrated solution for contemporary information workers. Until now, Assistance PSA was offered as on premise, Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) and as an on line product.
Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is now also available as a cloud solution, as Assistance Software and SaaSplaza – a Cloud provider – together have announced their cooperation on hosting and reselling Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
Under the terms of the agreement, Assistance Software will offer their partners and the partners of SaaSplaza a complete cloud solution for Microsoft CRM 2011, Assistance PSA and Microsoft Exchange with Sharepoint.
As a Certified Microsoft Gold Partner and ISV, Assistance Software has built its Assistance PSA for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform.
According to Assistance Software, its Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 was developed for the new generation of information workers, who are always online and work wherever and whenever they wish.
Available as On Premise, SaaS or as a CRM Online solution, the Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM offers a full integration with any financial platform and with the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform (NAV/GP/AX).
According to Assistance Software, Assistance PSA can add various functionalities to Dynamics CRM 2011, such as project and contract management, project calculation and estimation, sales forecasting, project and resource planning, time and expense registration, invoicing and more.
As a Cloud-based Dynamics and ERP/CRM solutions provider, SaaSplaza was Microsoft's 2011 US ERP Hosting Partner of the Year. In addition, the agreement between both the companies provides different options to package the PSA Software Solutions in a complete Microsoft CRM hosted environment.
According to the press release, partners will be invoiced by SaaSplaza at the end of every month, based on the number of registered named users that month.
