InsideSales.com Appoints Tom Milligan as Vice President of Clients Services

InsideSales.com, a provider of sales automation platform, stated that its SaaS (News - Alert) customer operations executive, Tom Milligan, is now the company’s vice president of client services. Milligan will reportedly preside over InsideSales.com’ client services, sales engineering and customer implementation.

Milligan has vast expertise in the field of SaaS communications technology and is known for placing energetic focus for top-tier customer satisfaction. Milligan is expected to support the company’s recent move to scale worldwide and its rapid growth.

Prior to joining InsideSales.com, Milligan worked as the CEO of Marque Dos, before which he was the executive vice president for Vector BPO, an offshore contact center. During his tenure as the vice president of sales at inContact, Milligan was responsible for prospect/customer onboarding, training and support systems and processes.
