Noble Systems Acquires TelStar Hosted Services

Noble Systems (News - Alert) Corporation, a company that provides unified contact center technology solutions, recently announced that it has completed the acquisition of assets from TelStar Hosted (News - Alert) Services, Inc, a CaaS contact center technology multi-vendor provider offering blended services, predictive dialer capabilities, automated voice messaging and more.
As per the terms of the agreement, TelStar Hosted will offer Noble Systems’ cloud-based and hybrid premise/cloud solutions. TelStar Hosted CEO James P. Dunn will join Noble Systems to lead client onboarding and transition efforts.
TelStar Hosted Services claims to be the only multi-vendor hosted call center solutions provider, offering a full product line of call center software solutions as a service. The company’s hosted call center service offers blended inbound and outbound call handling, predictive dialing, and automated voice messaging. Housed in an SAS70 Type II compliant, secure data center (updating to SSAE 16), the IT Services are delivered by a service-oriented, highly professional team. TelStar claims to save its clients’ money by offering Communication-as-a-Service ("CaaS") via the cloud that is affordable, scalable, flexible, stable and reliable. TelStar Hosted Services recently won both the 2010 Communications Solutions Product of the Year and the 2011 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer awards.
