Noble Systems Completes Acquisition of Telstar Hosted

The focus of Noble Systems (News - Alert) Corporation, a global provider of innovative contact center services, has always been on investing significant resources in anticipating changing customer needs and evolving market conditions, and providing them with solutions that are a perfect fit.
In an effort to continue providing best-in-class solutions and services, it completed the acquisition of assets from TelStar Hosted Services, Inc., touted as the only multi-vendor hosted call center solutions provider to offer a full product line of best-of-breed call center software solutions as a service to its clients.

James P. Dunn, CEO at Telstar Hosted and a long-time executive at various technology and telecommunications firms, is expected to come aboard Noble Systems to lead client transition efforts.
Noble Systems claims to be well positioned to optimally utilize the synergies between the two organizations and provide Telstar clients with improved support structure and access to the full line of Noble Systems contact center technology products.
Moving forward, TelStar Hosted will offer Noble Systems’ cloud-based and hybrid premises/cloud solutions through its proven sales and strategic account support staff.
