WeQ4U 4 Business Introduces Free Service to Eliminate Queues and Lower Caller Abandonment
November 02, 2012
WeQ4U 4 Business recently announced the introduction of a new free service for businesses that will help in eliminating queues and bring down caller abandonment rate by about 90 percent. WeQ4U 4 Business specializes in call center monitoring and statistics and performance optimization solutions.
In a statement, Entrepreneur Matt King, said that, “Traditional on hold queue technology creates and sustains a conflict of interest between the caller who wants to speak to someone without waiting and the business that needs to avoid the expense of staffing for peaks.”
The new service, developed by Matt King, will enable call service providers to effectively reduce customer wait times while improving their answer rates without the need for additional staff or calling customers back.
By leveraging the new service, which only takes a few minutes to activate, British call center operators will be able to quickly enhance their operations and boost the customer service experience.
Jon Saward, head of Customer Service at Bensons For Beds, said that, “We were one of the earliest companies to adopt this technology and we saw a huge improvement in our answer rate right from day one, making us more efficient and leaner as a consequence. What’s more we get regular feedback from our callers telling us how happy they are with the system. We couldn’t be more pleased, and would recommend the solution to any business taking incoming calls.”
At present, the phone is still the most popularly used means of communication as opposed to other options such as e-mail, text and social media. However, long phone queues are still a problem area for both calling customers and call centers.
To address this challenge, Matt has developed a clever queuing robot.
Matt also introduced WeQ4U a free consumer app earlier this year, which offers users FREE 08 calls regardless of whether or not they’re in a queue. The popular iPhone (News - Alert) and Android app and the telephone service are currently used by more than 20,000 users.
