Junxure to Launch Cloud CRM Platform for Financial Advisors

Practice improvement firm Junxure will soon launch an updated version of its hosted CRM solution, Junxure Cloud, for financial advisory firms. Junxure already offers CRM technology, consulting and training for financial advisors.

The first release of Junxure Cloud – set to be available in early 2013 – will provide CRM capabilities geared specifically toward financial advisors. The Raleigh, N.C.-based company plans to release subsequent versions over next year to expand on these capabilities, with the goal of making Junxure Cloud the most robust cloud-CRM application available in the market, according to Junxure co-founder and president Greg Friedman.

“We are committed to being the industry standard in everything that we do, and Junxure cloud plays a vital role in continuing that tradition,” Friedman said in a statement. “With the growing demand for cloud-based technology, we will present Junxure Cloud as a clear choice for firms who want a CRM solution specifically designed for their needs.”

Junxure Cloud focuses on easy data entry, streamlined workflow, and best practices for delivering consistently high-level client service, he explained.

“In developing Junxure Cloud, we’ve taken into account our own real-world experience as financial professionals to design a CRM solution for advisors,” Friedman said. “In addition to our continued enhancements to Junxure CRM, our evolution to the cloud is a natural next step in continuing to provide advisors with the technology and support to help them grow their firms.”

In related news, Sage Business Solutions, a major player in mid-market business software, recently introduced a new solution called Sage CRM Cloud, TMCnet reported.

Powered by Rackspace’s (News - Alert) new hybrid hosting technology, RackConnect, the solution provides the reach, flexibility and rapid time-to-value of traditional Software- as- a- Service (SaaS (News - Alert)). The CRM cloud service is designed to help businesses capitalize on the benefits of CRM in the cloud and choose how, when and where they manage critical customer information.
