Transact Global Chooses the Drishti Solution for Increases in Call Center Productivity

Since it has multiple blended campaigns and processes with unique business dynamics and customized workflows, this was a key capability of AMEYO as a solution. Lastly, for adapting to its on-going needs, AMEYO now serves as its backbone technology.

For each of its multiple processes, Drishti provided Transact Global with unique IVR workflows. Different CRM were also customized based on the fact that it ran close to a score of processes which had disparate data and data that had to be unified for mapping purposes.
