The Warranty Group Announces New Call Center Facility for Increased Opportunities

Earlier this week, in Champaign, Illinois, the opening of a new call center facility was announced by The Warranty Group. In July of this year, the building was opened and the company continues to increase its operating staff.
"The Champaign call center was opened to accommodate the additional call volumes our company is experiencing from our continued growth and to provide redundancy within our other operating centers for business continuity purposes," said Tom Warsop, chief executive officer.
He added that because of its proximity to it headquarter location, its positive business environment and diverse workforce population, after looking at several other locations, they chose Champaign.
Managed by Fox Development Corporation, the newly opened property is equipped to handle both inbound and outbound call center activities. As the company continues to expand its business, the facility can accommodate nearly 200 work stations.
Should a disruption ever occur at its primary facility in Chicago, ensuring continued exceptional service to customers, the Champaign facility provides The Warranty Group with disaster recovery capabilities.
Pam Gruszka, vice president of human resources, stated that they are excited to be part of the Champaign community both now and for years to come. As the company continues to grow, while actively recruiting positions, it looks forward to providing opportunities at The Warranty Group.
Earlier this week, members of The Warranty Group management team and the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new facility.
