Aditya Birla Minacs Partners with Qualfon to Setup New Data Center in Mexico City

Aditya Birla Minacs (News - Alert), a business solutions company, reportedly partnered with Qualfon, a provider of services to BPO clients, to set up a new data center in Mexico City, Mexico that is set to deliver customer support services to Minacs’ clients in North America.

Aditya Birla Minacs claimed that it provides seamless customer lifecycle, marketing, finance and accounting, procurement and IT solutions and services that are also embedded with a superior business value. And the newly launched Mexico data center it has established with Qualfon is expected to have all the necessary features to deliver a world-class working environment to its employees who are stated to be capable of servicing both English and Spanish clients. Minacs executives will also be present at the facility to make sure that a world-class service experience is delivered to the customers.
