This new enhancement to its cloud based call center software helps administrator simple-to-complex customer service, problem solving or sale processes in an easy to use graphical interface.

Oracle Contact Center Anywhere is a highly scalable, multichannel contact center solution that enables organizations to communicate more effectively with their customers. This includes queuing and routing of traditional phone calls in addition to e-mail, chat, fax and Web callback requests. It also provides blended predictive dialer and preview dialing, IVR and call recording for a completely unified inbound and outbound.

Now, the collaboration between RiverStar and Promero solutions promotes a strategic offering to the marketplace providing a tightly integrated CTI (News - Alert), IVR and Agent workflow solution that automates front and back office processes. This technology platform claims to streamline the activities that an agent must perform from the time a call is answered through disposition.

The new solution also integrates with the call center solution's ACD that allows proper call routing of the customer's call to the right agent.
