LiveOps Joins IntelePeer's Fluent Federation-as-a-Service

LiveOps (News - Alert) a specialist in cloud contact center and customer service solutions joined IntelePeer’s Fluent Federation-as-a-Service (FaaS).


FaaS helps enterprises to enhance the capabilities of their contact centers making them more flexible, reliable, scalable and cloud-based. LiveOps will now be able to offer customers differentiated IP services and better VoIP technology. This enables the provision of multi-modal communications between peered wireless, wireline and VoIP service providers, contact centers, and enterprises.

Margaret Norton, general manager, Enterprises, at IntelePeer (News - Alert) said, “IntelePeer’s Fluent federation service empowers enterprises and contact centers around the world to easily bridge their disparate IP networks, provide a path to emerging premium services and features, and reduce their costs associated with network connectivity.”

IntelePeer’s Fluent FaaS uses its CloudWorx platform to offer carrier-quality services over public or private IP connections on the cloud. CloudWorx leverages the SuperRegistry directory of more than 450 million phone numbers.

LiveOps joined IntelePeer’s Fluent FaaS as the latter was selected by BroadSoft (News - Alert), a global provider of Internet protocol-based communications services delivering interactive communications experience to customers.

By including IntelePeer in our partner community, LiveOps is well-positioned for next-generation telecommunications technology needs.”

IntelePeer CoreCloud SIP trunking has been integrated with hosted Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync unified communications deployments offered by Chinook Communications. Chinook Communications is a telecommunications provider that offers Microsoft-supported Lync Server 2010 Multitenant Pack for Partner Hosting.
