Transcosmos Extends MCM Center Fukuoka

transcosmos inc. has extended its call center base also known as the MCM Center Fukuoka with an aim to fulfill its rising business requirements. The call center officially became operational beginning on December 17, 2012.
In June 2008, transcosmos had initially launched MCM Center Fukuoka in one of the major cities in the Kyushu area of Japan. Fukuoka houses several major organizations in industries like finance, communications and manufacturing. A broad assortment of call center services that concentrate on products and campaigns, outbound calling operations like collection calls, and technical support operations needing advanced technology are powered via this suite.
As of late, transcosmos has grown considerably. In order to house business development related with the acquirement of latest projects, the organization has added 200 work stations to its call center. It aims to recruit 300 additional employees to meet increasing demands over time.
The company runs a major network of call centers in Japan. Currently, it has 23 bases with a minimum of 12,000 work stations which makes it the fifth largest center in Japan. The organization aims to extend business operations by concentrating on technical assistance and financial services and will also be improving facilities and services over time. The organization also aims to invigorate and develop local communities via job creation.
