Michael Southworth Joins Contact Solutions as Chief Financial Officer

Specializing in providing cloud-based customer self-service solutions, Contact Solutions has recently appointed industry veteran Michael Southworth as CFO.
Southworth, in his new role as Contact Solutions’ CFO, will join the executive team and will help support the aggressive growth strategy for the award-winning company.
Before joining Contact Solutions, Southworth served as SVP of Global Wireless Solutions (News - Alert) at Corning. Officials confirmed that he has also worked as COO and CFO of MobileAccess Networks, which was acquired by Corning in 2011.
With his vast industry experience, Southworth for the past two decades has led various companies from the start-up phase through major periods of growth. He has also been behind over $100 million in private equity and debt financing.
"Michael's proven track record as a successful corporate finance executive who has taken companies from inception to acquisition makes him an invaluable addition to the Contact Solutions team," said Paul Logan, CEO of Contact Solutions, in a statement. "His experience helping to steer other fast-growth businesses will support our plans for sustained progress and expansion over the next several years."
The Continuous Improvement Methodology of Contact Solutions has improved the customer experience for every client, with an average CX rating increase of 27.4 percent.
