TELUS Brings More Cloud Solutions to Canada

Specifically, the Cloud Collaboration offering provides a full suite of UC services that meet the expanding communications needs of workers including increasing use of mobile devices. Tools like IM, video conferencing and presence are all key to collaboration needs for today’s workers who want to be efficient.

The Cloud Contact Centre offering is a fully featured contact center solution that is hosted in the cloud and answers to the increasing need from customers to be answered quickly and via the platform of their choice. The offering provides all the tools needed for today’s call center needs and is scalable and can grow along with company needs for more agents. It also allows agents to work from any location.
