Telizon Supports Telecom Provider in Canada
November 03, 2008
TelePlus World’s subsidiary Telizon has been contracted to provide customer repair management and support to an unnamed telecommunications provider in Canada.
Telizon is a reseller of landline, long distance, Internet and specialized telecom financial management services to small and mid-size businesses.
The company will leverage its proprietary operating support systems, integrated processes and skilled customer care capabilities to interface with the underlying service providers and fulfill the contract.
The company will also draw from its seventeen years of customer service and support expertise in providing Tier One customer repair management for its new third-party white label customer.
As Telizon is currently developing and refining its interface processes and technologies with underlying carriers, more companies are turning to them for a turnkey, back office service bureau solution.
CEO Marius Silvasan noted that their company continuously strives to expand their telecommunications portfolio of services and as a result Telizon is now known as a niche player providing specialty telecom services to an ever increasing customer base.
“The addition of our latest back office service bureau solution confirms this trend,” he said.
Telizon serves customers in 58 distinct Centrex Serving Areas in Ontario by providing a value added bundle of commercial telecommunications packages including local lines, long distance, toll free and high speed Internet services. In 2005, the company was acquired by TelePlus Enterprises, which owns and operates a number of TelePlus-branded stores in major shopping malls selling a broad range of wireless and portable communication devices.
Today, Telizon is a popular choice for customers. The company acts as a virtual telecommunications department for its clients, and interfaces on their behalf, with the underlying wholesale carrier providers for all items related to their current services and future needs.
