U.K. Contact Center Company Rostrvm Relocates Following Year of Growth

Contact center solutions provider Rostrvm (News - Alert) Solutions is set to announce its financial results for the previous year, posting continued growth. Turnover increased by more than 10 percent with a corresponding rise in profitability, the company said, celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary.

Rostrvm will also move to new premises. Based in Woking, Surrey, the firm designs, develops and supports software applications for the call center and back office process management and reporting, and offers contact center solutions for inbound, outbound, desktop optimization and performance management.

“We outgrew our previous offices and our new home gives us a great environment with impressive meeting, training and demonstration facilities,” said Simon Wellings of Rostrvm Solutions (News - Alert). “We're delighted to be working with many long-standing clients, together with more recent customers, and to be able to welcome them in such pleasant surroundings.”

Rostrvm's call center and back-office applications have been designed to allow customers to work profitably, productively, efficiently and with accountability, the company in a press release.

Modular architecture is also available, allowing clients to implement the functions they need, when they need them and at any location, whether a company is starting from scratch or adding onto existing technology investments.

Rostrvm says its software also offers commercial flexibility, allowing customers to enjoy the benefits of having the right contact center solutions for their business, in a package to suit their individual needs. The company offers “try before you buy” and “pay as you go” programs, and provides its solutions in both premise-based for hosted format.
