Pegasystems Unifies Marketing Campaigns

It is available in the cloud or on-premise, or a combination thereof. Many companies deploy a hybrid solution based on location or part of the process.

And, thanks to all of this success, Pega has been touted as a leader in the customer service and CRM space by the likes of Gartner and Forrester (News - Alert). Not bad for a company that got into the space less than a decade ago. But, thanks to their strong solutions, Pegasystems is flying high!
