iNET Solutions is Now Indosoft's Q-Suite Certified Reseller

Indosoft (News - Alert) Inc., a provider of contact center technology to medium-sized and large call centers, has appointed iNET Solutions as a certified reseller of its Q-Suite for the Middle Eastern region.

iNET Solutions Ltd. is an IT Services company in Ramallah City. It offers IT, PBX (News - Alert) and contact center solutions to its customer base.

Q-Suite, now available at iNET Solutions, is a feature-rich and scalable contact center software suite for Asterisk, built to leverage the technology stack of Asterisk (News - Alert), Linux, MySQL and Apache.

As multi-tenant software available for both cloud and premises-based contact centers, the Q-Suite offers a next-generation, IP-enabled contact center platform while providing considerable cost savings.

Deployed worldwide by contact centers using Asterisk, the Q-Suite features a flexible automatic call distributor (ACD). It also has an inherent script builder for developing powerful agent-customer interaction scripts and a Dialplan builder to develop powerful IVR.

Q-Suite’s flexible ACD offers skills-based routing, queue prioritization, virtual/personal queues, agent hot-desking and customizable IVR. The solution’s self-pacing predictive dialer, along with preview and progressive dialing, will help outbound call center operations for multiple concurrent outbound campaigns.

iNET Solutions, now appointed as a certified reseller of Q-Suite-based contact center solutions, has an objective to provide a one-stop solution for IT, telephony and contact center requirements.

The reseller has expertise in offering networking, security, Asterisk PBX and call center solutions.
