MyNetFone Expands Customer Service Department

One of Australia’s up and coming telecom companies has made several moves towards becoming an even more powerful company by strengthening their foothold in the Aussie market over the last several months.
At the end of the year last year, the company officially purchased Connexus in an attempt to boost its wholesale VoIP services. Now it will focus on their customer services, as MyNetFone says that their department will be transferring to larger offices in the company’s headquarters in Surry Hills, Sydney.
In order to make room for the expanded customer service department, it has moved its sales and marketing team to another floor in the building. The company says that this kind of expansion is in line with improving its service in the SMB and enterprise sectors of the telecom business. The company has been expanding its customer service and support department steadily for the last couple of years, with a 20 percent increase year over year.
“From our expanded facilities in our Surry Hills headquarters, we are not only in a position to deliver service to our customers today, but can also cater for further expansion in the business and enterprise markets,” MyNetFone Group CEO, Rene Sugo, said.
Mobile VoIP seems to be where the telecom industry is heading and it has become a feature that helps companies stand out from an ever growing crowd. With the acquisition of Connexus, the company strengthened its VoIP and mobile VoIP offerings, but also expanded its reach geographically. The Connexus gives them an office in Melbourne. The company has been attempting to stay ahead of the curve with their mobile VoIP app, which was released earlier this month.
