Voice Teleservices Now Part of MMS Catering Institute Vendor Affiliation Program

Voice Teleservices, a boutique-quality call center headquartered in Portland, Maine, has announced that its now part of MonkeyMedia Software’s MMS Catering Institute Industry Affiliation Program.

MonkeyMedia Software is a provider of complete catering solutions that serve the needs of multi-unit restaurant operators. The company launched the MMS Catering Institute recently as an education and certification institute for restaurants. This will ensure that the management and all other team members strive to enhance the catering service delivery and other off-premise programs of their organization.

Voice Teleservices has been working with restaurant clients to manage inbound telephone orders in addition to conducting outbound business-to-business sales calls.

The certification process will offer access to resources, training classes, education manuals, and ongoing assessment schedules.
