TSIA Implements RingCentral Cloud Business Communications Solution
September 09, 2013
RingCentral (News - Alert), Inc. has entered into a strategic collaboration with the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA). TSIA has now implemented the cloud business communications solution from RingCentral in place of its legacy on-premise phone system. RingCentral solution not only links up all employees, irrespective of the device or location, but also permits administrators to manage the company settings via mobile devices.
In a statement, Jason Buck, director, IT, TSIA said, “We have remote employees who were not part of our business communications solution, which was one of the big issues we had with our old system. For business efficiency, we needed everyone on the same solution. Now we can easily add new employees independent of their location or devices they choose to use.”
Staff at TSIA can now easily communicate using one business number through an assortment of business and personal devices like smartphones, tablets, desk phones and PCs with RingCentral’s cloud-based solution. Administrators are not required to have dedicated technical skills for administering the solution. They can use the user-friendly mobile app and Web portal to administer company associated modifications. Employees can also administer their personal preferences independently.
Buck said, “With RingCentral, we have complete control over our communication solution, versus having to constantly contact a representative to make even simple changes. Now we manage our communication solution like any other business solution – we can use the simple-to-use mobile app or Web portal, make a few changes, and everything continues running with no downtime. Along with added functionality and flexibility, we are saving a significant amount of money by switching to RingCentral.”
RingCentral is a major provider of cloud business communications solutions. The cloud solution from RingCentral is very easy to administer and is more versatile when compared with other on-premise communication settings. The requirements of the present distributed and mobile workforces are addressed by the solution. The solution also does away with the costs associated with on-premise hardware.
