Relevate is Now Part of Five9's Cloud Alliance Partner Program

There is no question that consumers today have more power than ever before, which is forcing companies to deliver better services to differentiate themselves from their competition, and keep their customers. Businesses are using the same technology that is empowering consumers to accumulate massive amounts of data, and they are using that information to meet the expectations of an increasingly well informed customer base. A new partnership between Relevate and Five9 will bring together technologies of both organizations to deliver a real-time data driven solution to increase the efficiency of contact center products and services.


As per the partnership, Relevate has joined Five9 (News - Alert)'s Cloud Alliance Partner Program, and with this alliance it will be offering its RelevateNOW platform to customers.

The RelevateNOW solution is a real-time data services API for compliance, verification, identification and data enhancement solutions. This will give Five9 Call Center applications additional capabilities that will give its clients the ability to improve their operational efficiencies, customer experience and regulatory compliance across different sectors.

As contact center services continue to get more complex with many of the touch points customers have and as strict as government regulations, it is essential to have a platform that is able to analyze all the data and provide insights that deliver tangible results.

Managing the different aspects of contact center operations effectively and making each interaction count is what the RelevateNOW platform does. This includes:

  • Identifying who is calling before picking up the phone,
  • Routing a call to the most suitable representative based on factors such as language, income, gender, age, etc.,
  • Ensuring successful campaigns by enhancing lists with pertinent information,
  • Performing a phone or demographic append for any missing information, and
  • Identifying a wireless number to remain compliant with TCPA, determine when not to use an auto-dialer and more.

The Cloud Alliance Partner program is designed to bring in innovative companies and integrate their technology with Five9 and its cloud contact center software. The goal is to continue improving the product and services organizations need to provide high-quality customer service. This new alliance brings together two companies with a combined experience of almost 50 years in data aggregation and analysis and contact center software, which will give their clients more tools, to not only meet, but to start exceeding the expectation of today’s demanding consumer.
