DOCOMO interTouch Deploys Noble Systems' Noble Solution

Businesses all over the world are discovering the inherent advantages of unified communications systems for their call centers. DOCOMO interTouch Pte Ltd is one such company who recognized the benefits: it selected the Noble Solution from Noble Systems Corporation for blended inbound and outbound contact management in its contact centers worldwide.


The Noble Solution suite allows the customers to control costs and improve operational efficiencies with information management and functional tools to manage blended voice, email, and web-based communications.

DOCOMO interTouch's customer support and service centres located in Manila, Philippines; Shanghai, China; Sao Paolo, Brazil and at its head office in Singapore will now have Noble's unified system to provide better performance. It will enable DOCOMO interTouch to operate on a single platform while increasing the productivity and efficiency of its contact centers.

In a release, Paul Luketich, managing director of Noble Systems (News - Alert) Australia, said 'Working with DOCOMO interTouch is an exciting step for Noble Systems as we continue to expand our international presence and grow our operations in the Asia Pacific Region. This partnership is the result of a team approach, involving Noble's Authorised Reseller in the Philippines, Ilios Resources and Consultancy, Noble's APAC Headquarters in Sydney, Australia, and resources from our corporate office."

Noble's unified system consists of interactive voice response and digital recording, as well as Noble's award-winning Agent Desktop and Management and Reporting Portal. Noble Systems claims that the company's solution is specifically tailored to meet the business requirements of organizations such as DOCOMO. DOCOMO claims that Noble Systems offered them a solution platform with the functionality they needed in a technologically-advanced environment.

Recently, the company unveiled Noble TouchStar (News - Alert) 6.0, which provides substantial improvements by adding flexibility and enhancing data management and reporting functions. It includes new load-balancing multi-threaded software architecture and leverages Dialogic (News - Alert)'s NMS carrier class hardware while remaining backwards compatible for customers who do not support it. It also provides advanced automation of daily reporting, system activity logging and data management in a centralized user interface.
