The 2010 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award Winners Announced

Norwalk, CT (July 16, 2010) Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) today announced the IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award winners presented by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine. Customer Interaction Solutions has been the premier publication in the CRM, call center and teleservices industries since 1982.


The IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award recognizes companies which have brought to market an outstanding IP contact center product or service. Winners were selected based on the IP contact center solutions that offered stand-out features, functions or capabilities which set them apart from others in the space.
