Panasonic Continues to Reach Out and Do Right By Customers

Panasonic (News - Alert) is a long-time player in a wide range of technological developments and robust consumer, business and industrial solutions alike – from business phones to HDTVs to digital signage to its new beauty series. Is there honestly anything the company can’t do – or hasn’t dominated already?


Take, for example, the company’s award-winning KX-UT670 Smart SIP Desk Phone, a highly expandable smart desk phone with color and a large, seven-inch LCD touchscreen. It also boasts six SIP accounts, HD voice, three-way conference call support, compatibility with Asterisk (News - Alert) and Broadsoft, plug and play configuration and much more.

Also consider the Panasonic KV-S1046C scanner, which recently snagged a “Highly Recommended” rating from Buyers Laboratory LLC (BLI) – a highly coveted rating. After a two-week testing period, BLI determined that the KV-S1046C scanner had many different and unique strengths, such as exceptional reliability, speed, a higher-than-average OCR accuracy for all tested documents, a larger-than-average ADF capacity, no slowdown when duplex scanning and much more.

The company is now calling all interested to attend its highly anticipated annual event – the Annual Panasonic Solutions Partner Summit 2012, which is happening right now at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ .

The event will be the first where the company's channel community across all product categories will gather under one roof.

Last year, Panasonic revealed an organizational change in North America, which created a new business-to-business (B2B) solutions company, Panasonic System Communications Company of North America (PSCNA).

"As a company, we've undergone a lot of changes this year to create more sales opportunities for our reseller partners," said Bill Brennan, senior director, channel sales – resellers in a statement. "With access to such a broad suite of products, our partners can now offer their customers more robust, end-to-end technology solutions. We'll use our annual summit to engage with resellers and help them make the most out of their relationship with us."

Brennan will also be presenting at the event.

Partner Summit attendees will learn about new channel programs, initiatives, products and solutions, and gain insight and information on sales strategies via presentations these presentations.

Reseller and distributor partners will also have the opportunity to meet with Panasonic executives in small group sessions.

The company will also be unveiling its top resellers for its prior fiscal year across numerous product and vertical market industries during an awards ceremony.
