Strategic Pharma Solutions is a communications company that focuses on serving pharmaceutical professionals. The company recently announced that it has chosen VoIP business phone services provider FeatureTel to provide telecom services for its growing Triangle-based business.
In a press release, Theresa Moore, operations manager for Strategic Pharma Solutions, said,
“When we opened our Raleigh office suite last year, we were starting from square one in selecting a phone service provider. We received referrals from an office furniture vendor we were working with, and they recommended FeatureTel (News - Alert) for our telecom.”
Strategic Pharma Solutions said that they looked at a number of other providers but it was FeatureTel quickly rose to the top of the list. Moore explained that many of the features, like calls that find and follow people from desk to mobile phones, were really important for their office, since some staff are part-time and others travel quite a bit. Another important factor was the ease of expanding services as the company plans to add new staff in 2011 with the built in disaster recovery and business continuity services.
Moore went on to say, “FeatureTel were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to deliver what we needed in a timely manner.”
FeatureTel was founded in 2003 in Apex (News - Alert), N.C. and offers hosted VoIP business telephone service over private networks for companies of all sizes across the Carolinas by providing a cost-effective, feature-rich alternative to traditional phone service. FeatureTel eliminates the need for investment in a telephone system.
