GENBAND (News - Alert) early last year launched its global reseller program, making some in the group master resellers. Verscom was the first to be named a master reseller as part of the effort. This week, GENBAND revealed that VoIP Logic (News - Alert) also has been added to that list.
VoIP Logic, a provider of turnkey hosted VoIP systems and solutions for retail and wholesale carriers, is now a master reseller of GENBAND’s S-Series. The S-Series session border controller portfolio covers the new GENiUS version of S9, which GENBAND says now provides the highest scalability in the market; the S2 Security Gateway (News - Alert), a building block of FMC solutions such as femtocells, and Wi-Fi-based mobile data offload and coverage solutions; the S3; and the SR3 session router products.
As the master reseller of these products, VoIP Logic will manage other resellers and provide extended technical support, training and professional services for GENBAND session border controller technology. VoIP Logic was one of GENBAND’s original resellers and now has more than six years of experience operating GENBAND’s S-Series session border controllers as a managed service for service providers.
“Advancing to become a master reseller for GENBAND is a natural evolution of our extensive professional services experience in deploying, training and supporting these technologies,” says Ardeshir Ghanbarzadeh, vice president of operations at VoIP Logic. “We believe this enhanced relationship will help us better support users and other resellers of the technology which, in turn, should open opportunities for both GENBAND and VoIP Logic.”
GENBAND, which has added 25 resellers to the overall program in the past six months, now has 67 resellers worldwide.
